Refund policy

The Experience We look forward to hosting you for a private fitting. A standard fitting fee of 3,500 KES applies to your session, payable at the beginning of your appointment. This fee is non-refundable but fully redeemable towards the purchase of your gown. This exclusive session allows you to fit all gowns available in our studio collection.

 

The Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure your gown. Once paid this deposit is  non-refundable.

 

 

The Sales: All sales are final. Each gown undergoes a final inspection in our studio before collection once a gown leaves our care, we are no longer liable for its condition.
