Appointment Policy
To provide an exclusive experience, all fittings are by appointment.

Accuracy of Information
While we strive for perfection, we are not responsible for slight variations in lace patterns or beadwork that may occur in handmade luxury gowns. By placing a deposit, the client acknowledges and accepts the gown's unique characteristics as inspected in-studio. 

Payment & Collection
Full payment must be cleared before any gown leaves our care. We do not offer "payment plans" after a gown has been collected. If a gown is not collected within 10 days of the agreed date, a storage fee may apply.

Limitation of Liability
Bride to Be Bridals is not liable for any delays caused by international shipping carriers or customs authorities. In the rare event of a logistics delay, we will communicate with the client immediately to find a solution.
